Jeff’s wife Hilda was always available whenever I had a question and was extremely knowledgeable. I also can’t say enough about the negotiating skills of Courtney. When our buyers tried to whittle down the price, Courtney stepped in and spoke courteously on our behalf and explained why we were unable and unwilling to lower the price.
